Veronica Kalokhe is a Behavioral Health Teaming Specialist with the Office of Social & Emotional Learning. She has a wealth of experience in fostering social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health programs within educational environments. With a focus on collaboration and professional development, Veronica spearheads district-wide initiatives to promote best practices among Behavioral Health Teams, engaging hundreds of participants annually. She previously served as the Network 4 Social & Emotional Learning Specialist, where she led the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Social & Emotional Learning (MTSS-SEL) across 32 elementary schools.
Veronica's commitment to student well-being is evident throughout her career, from conducting social assessments and providing therapeutic interventions as a School Social. She has a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her work is guided through her belief that all students deserve safe and supportive environments.
